What is your return policy?
There is a 30-day return policy on any item purchased in the Kindness store, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in new condition. To process a return, please email hello@mission.partners or contact Mission Partners at 301-585-5034.
How much is shipping?
All orders over in the US $30 ship free - no coupon code needed! Other US orders are charged a flat rate of $4.95. Shipments to Canada and other internaional locations are calculated dynamically based on the shipping location. Shop now →
Free Ground Shipping valid in the contiguous U.S. (48 states) with any $30 purchase. Free shipping does not apply to expedited or international orders. Order value must be over $30, after discount is deducted, taxes not included. Does not apply to returns. Automatically applied at checkout. Terms of offer are subject to change without notice.
Can I ship my order to someone else as a gift?
Yes! Please indiciate that the order is a gift at checkout and just enter your recipient's name and adddress for the shipping address instead of yours! We'll make sure their shipment gets a little extra TLC - no extra charge!
Please note that all items on an order need to ship to the same address so if you'd like to ship kindness to multiple recipients, you'll need to place a unique order for each of them.
Can you ship to Canada or Internationally? How long will shipments take?
Yes! We use a flat export service that will deliver your package to you via your local Postal Service and provide a tracking number for all shipments. Shipments to Canada generally take between 5-7 days; while other postal couriers will deliver the package within 1-3 weeks, depending on the country. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote as it varies greatly by contents and country.
What is the name that will appear on my credit card statement?
Adventures in Kindness is a publication of Mission Partners Press, a division of Mission Partners, Benefit LLC. Charges will appear on your credit card as coming from Mission Partners, Benefit LLC.

I added my name to a waitlist. When will I be notified?
If you’ve added your name to a waitlist for a product that is out of stock, you’ll be notified by email as soon as the product becomes available.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We sell gift cards for the Kindness store, in quantities of $20, $50, and $100. Click here to check them out.
